No running this week

I am not going to force myself to run this week. I feel like my body is still healing from the strep. I am taking the middle schoolers camping this week. Plus Derek was sick. Hailey had a stomach ache tonight (though I think it was due to eating too much ice cream). I really don't want to overdue it. I am probably too paranoid about overduing it. I will probably run again on the weekend or for sure start up next week. I don't know if I am going to do that race on July 30th yet. It really depends on scheduling at this point.
